I cannot thank the owner of this UPS store enough!!! We came in 20 mins before the store closing and with 15 boxes of shipment. Not only did the owner - Prosper helped us thru the details of our shipping that extended 4 hours beyond the closing time, he helped to pack n provided advise on how to reduce our shipment charges by consolidating the packages. Talk to this guy and you know what I mean!! This is the type of local business I wud strongly support n recommend !!!

Prosper the owner was EXTREMELY helpful! My husband and I needed to get our tires shipped out of province ASAP & he got us the best rate! Our tires arrived on time and in perfect condition! This store was our savior!

I dealt with the manager named Prosper for some services. Very friendly, prompt service. Made suggestions for how to save money and he went above and beyond to take care of some things that we missed without even having to ask him. Very impressed with his professionalism. Highly recommended.

The owner Prosper here really knows his stuff about shipping, and gave some of the best customer service I've received in recent years!!! He is the the gold standard for good customer service and we need more people like him!!! He is the ups store in the area I would recommend to anyone looking to ship something!!! He even helped me save some money by consolidating packages!!! He goes above and beyond and it really shows!!! Best ups store ever!!!

I came in today around 6 pm to pick up a package and I was half frozen from walking in the snow. I was shivering hard and the two nice workers first thought was to offer me tea and a chair to help me warm back up. I was able to sip the tea and warm up enough to grab my package and hop on the next bus home. Kudos to the pair that helped!

Brilliant service, Prosper is extremely knowledgable and went above and beyond to help us out. It made all the difference to our day and I cannot thank him enough for his exemplary service and incredible help. He was also tremendously friendly and put us at ease in an otherwise stressful time.
