What a local treasure we have with ups store 289 right here in GP. These amazing peppermint tea drinking folk go above and beyond to deliver great customer experiences with delivery services, print jobs or even charging a lost phone for an unknown customer. High 5 to Danielle, Christy and other staff members. You rock!Let's keep supporting local!

If I could give a lower review I would. Absolutely horrendous service. Save your time and go to Staples instead, where they will talk to you nicely and make sure you're happy with your product.I'm really disheartened to have to write this, given that the service last year was great. I ordered invitations yesterday and called to make sure they'd be done for today. The lady was friendly and offered to get them ready for print for an extra fee. I left her my number in case there were any issues. I received an email in the morning, stating they were ready. I informed Danielle that I wouldn't be able to pickup till after work around 5pm. Given the construction I reached there for 5:06pm. I was greeted by Danielle in the most disdainful way. She mentioned to me she had the chills and wanted to leave earlier but she waited for me. She then handed me the invitations and told me my total of 12.60. I looked over the invites and noticed they were very grainy, and the text was almost ineligible. When I asked her about it, her response was, it's my fault you sent me the file

Cristy and Karen went way above and beyond helping me get a rush package out the door. They ensured all my shipping info was correct, guided me through the customs documentation (US 2-day rush pkg), and asked the pickup driver to wait to allow us to finish. Couldn't be more happy with customer service here. And they have cool cards ('hallmark'-type) made in-house too!

If you need shipping or printing done in Grande Prairie this is the place to go. I sometimes have last minute requests that the staff go above and beyond to get completed! The quality of service and friendly people is why I continue bringing my business here!

Wonderful, personable service!! I recently used the UPS Store #289 for a printing project that was very important to me. Danielle and Bobbi went above and beyond with their helpful suggestions and care in putting it all together. It turned out beyond my expectations. They really care about their customers and the product that they produce. My family and friends now have a beautiful keepsake thanks to this team!

Fantastic service! The red headed lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and absolutely saved me, as I needed my package shipped to Edmonton the next day. Very friendly service and they genuinely care. Thank you guys again :)

I absolutely enjoy using the services at this Grande Prairie Store. I find it very personable. I've seen so much extra work the staff have to do due the confusion with UPS and their name UPS Store. So many people miss understand that The UPS Store does ship your parcels, however there are not UPS, where they receive and ship parcels. Its unfortunate with the understanding. Seeing the staff deal with angry customers daily about another company issues and not theirs. I use the UPS Store as a 24 hr mailbox access for my mail. I can have anybody ship to my mailbox because of the way the address is setup. No issues receiving parcels from anybody. I also use them for shedding my confidential documents. I have them create a calendar for me to give as gifts. They even do professional printing, business cards, cards, and and and. In all due honestly. I prefer to to promote The UPS Store. As for it is my hidden treasure of a one stop shop.

OVER and ABOVE and BEYOND.The wonderful folks at store 289, in Grande Prairie always go the extra mile for their customers. If you need it shipped and looked after well, they willing and capable of doing it. We have had numerous interactions over the years from shipping complicated things like blood samples to private laboratories in Europe, to most recently live plants to the USA. They ensured the absolute best conditions for our plant health before they were able to load them out onto the next truck out.OVER and ABOVE and BEYOND.
